Fraggler is an open-source Python package for analyzing and generating reports from DNA fragment analysis files programmatically. As open-source software, its code is publicly accessible for use and modification. This project extends Fraggler with a graphical user interface, improving accessibility for researchers by eliminating the need for command-line interaction.
