Harvey E. Finley

Harvey E. Finley was a professor and registrar at Nazarene Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. He also organized the annual Bible Institute held there for many years. His expertise in Hebrew lead to his participation in the translation of the Old Testament for the New American Standard Bible.
