T. Hughlon McDowell

Thomas Hughlon McDowell (1917-1999) was an attorney and member of the Church of the Nazarene. He served on the advisory board of the Northwest District in the 1950s. He was married to Yvonne and father to Hugh McGregory who died as a child.
